CNY's Premier Before and After School Child Care Program for Children in Grades K-6

Welcome to Before and After School Child Care on Location, Inc. (BASCOL). BASCOL is celebrating over 30 years of providing child care. BASCOL is open before and after school, during school vacations, snow days, and the summer. We are located at 15 sites throughout 6 different school districts in Onondaga County and Oswego County.

BASCOL is a not for profit 501(c)(3) organization that was established in 1992 by a group of working parents in need of quality school age child care. BASCOL is governed by a Board of Directors and Executive Director that ensure its compliance with New York State Office of Children and Family Services child care regulations and BASCOL’s high quality standards. BASCOL always appreciates donations to enhance our programs and services.
