How to Enroll Your Child in BASCOL

**Please call the BASCOL office at (315) 622-4815 to inquire if there are openings at the location you are interested in.**

We are more than happy to schedule a site visit for you and your child to see the program before you register.

Registration forms can e-mailed, mailed, faxed or returned in person to the BASCOL Administrative office at 4610 Wetzel Road, Liverpool, NY 13090.

Submission of the registration form is not a guarantee of enrollment. Registration can not be processes until all paperwork is complete & returned to the BASCOL office. There is a minimum 10-14 business day processing time before your child may begin to attend the program once all paperwork is turned in.

A parent meeting may be required prior to completion of enrollment to discuss accommodations.
